Read a chapter in the Bible that really struck a cord. Praying that God will show me who he really is, because sometimes I still question who he is. My experience with him has never been cold or cruel, yet how do you separate that from some of the awful things people have done in the name of religion or people who have abused others? Sometimes that I can hit walls when it comes to those issues. I suppose God doesnt want people who put a mask on and say I dont question anything! when we really do. Trust has always been something I have struggled with---and I suppose God wants to deal with that part of me that is afraid of being hurt.
