Read a good tip this morning from a book by Readers Digest called extraordinary uses for ordinary things.....love that kinda stuff....it said to use pantyhose to store your bulbs over the winter....put the bulbs in the pantyhose then label and hang them and they will be able to get the air they need and be nice and dry.....it also said to use pantyhose with a rubber band over a jar of fireflies ( or frogs or whatever you are catching)....I knew about putting soap bits in them and tying them to a faucet....and I was reminded to use pantyhose to tie up plants in the garden ( had forgotten that one)..and use pantyhose to hold watermelons up off the ground( had forgotten that one too) ..it also suggested using them to paint hard to reach spots....but the one I really liked was to use pantyhose in the bottom of pots to hold the soil in but let the water out....brilliant!! ---Tips
