Read another great book, "It Looked Like Spilt Milk" by Charles G. Shaw, then do this craft activity: 1. Dip cotton balls in white paint using fingers or clothespins to hold the cotton balls. 2. Use the cotton balls to paint clouds onto blue paper. Your child can paint the clouds to resemble other shapes, such as a dog, a house, a train, etc. 3. At the bottom of the paper, write the words “It looked like ________.” Your child can then dictate while you fill in the blank.
