That IS the Lemon Beagle: a startling bright intelligence, conjuring up fabulous fulsome days, filled with fantastic, fanciful frolicking. Hounds come in all colors, of course—the most classic color combo is the black/white/tan you see on many of your dog walks. Lemons are pretty rare and cost big bucks if you go the unfortunate route of buying –SHUDDER—one of us. BUT here we are at Ahimsa Rescue: your very own lemon meringue pie....two pieces of pie called Maisie and Mavis. Lemon Beagles have two features that set us apart from our peers: we are smaller in size—not purse size but lap size perfection. Two: a BIGGIE—we shed very little, don’t smell, and are less prone to allergies. So, here we are: the M and M girls, sweeter than pie, less fattening than candy, and able to sit in your lap without making a mess. The M and M girls don’t melt in your mouth, but we will cause your mouth to water. We are an arresting pair; we are beautiful to reflect upon and lovely to look at, but more importantly, we will complete your life. You’ve been waiting for us, know it or not. And we are here.
