This involves making Amendments to the Constitution that our Fore Fathers could have never anticipated the need for and Our Government deviated from... 28th Amendment. Balanced budget: NO law or program can cause the total expenditures to exceed the revenues. There is NO government line of credit. (this is what killed America, spending money we didnt have Amendment) 29th Amendment. Taxation: The Sixteenth Amendment is hereby repealed with prejudice, and no form of Income Tax may be imposed. From this date forward, the Revenue of the Federal Government shall be derived by a final point of sale consumption tax without exceptions or exclusions of the previous years Growth rate in GDP. (no tax manipulation Amendment) 30th Amendment. No Law or Regulation may be imposed that is is not supported by a Petition of 5% of the Public: Laws are not intended to favor or punish Cronies, they are author to protect the Public. If the Public doesnt call for them, they should not be law. (no lobbyist written laws Amendment) 31st Amendment. No law will be law that the Federal or any other Government as a whole is not subject to, without exception. (no ruling elite Amendment) 32nd Amendment. All Law offered for consideration shall be subject to Judicial Review before being offered to the next Branch of to determine whether or not the Law was or was not within the confines of The Constitution. (quit making Lawyers rich Amendment) 33rd Amendment. No change can be imposed on an authored law that does not directly affect the proposed law. EACH law shall be considered for its Petitioned Purpose without other considerations, and any Riders, Supplemental or Extraneous additions or amendment shall be stripped away at the time of Judicial Review. (no pork Amendment) 34th Amendment. Congressional members are limited to no more than 12 years in the House of Representatives and 12 years in the Senate without pension. 35th Amendment. Impeachment shall be initiated by a petition of 5% of any State for any sitting Official, convening the Governors of each State on the last Monday of the Month in which the Petition is offered to the Attorney General of any State and the U.S. Attorney General. Those Governors, having read the Charges will vote Yea or Nay without discussion or debate until there is a simple Majority decision rendered.
