Read this earlier and it really spoke to me. I know that I am not the same as I was when I was younger. Some of those changes are definitely for the better, but some are a result of the aging process. In any case, I cant nor would I stop the changing if I could. I have grown though those changes. Change is inevitable! This story reaffirmed to me that commitment is a decision not to give up, whether that be to a goal in life or a relationship. Life is sometimes tough. Reaching the goal may be more difficult than realized. Things within me or the other person change but I choose to persevere and adapt today. So we wake up every morning, sort of the same, but sort of new. We look at each other, we introduce ourselves again, and we choose to love who we see. We choose to love.
