Read this letter from a prominent anti-Morsi activist, and youll realise that the military coup and the mass protests on June 2013 had nothing to do with a failing administration, a weak economy, a fragile security situation, outside interference or crackdown on freedoms (all of which are true today)... Those who cried foul and feigned concern over Egypts economy and future prospects under the democratically elected Morsi government, are ominously silent now that the situation is a hundred, indeed a thousand, times worse.
