Read this pop punks, 90s punks, anarcho crusties, punks that think metal or hardcore is the same as punk, american punks other than rollins and people who like henry rollins and know about him outside of punk but assume he just like iggy and the new york dolls ( both socially closer to the idea of the rolling stones than punk in my opinion). Its a brilliant list and it takes from its inspiration the much maligned first and second wave british bands which along with the equally maligned early british skiffle movement represented the only hope british teenagers have ever had!
