Reading all the posts one thing comes to mind, and Im aware of the play on words re his role as Mork, but to me, depression is like knowing youre an alien residing in a human body. Its the inability to connect entirely to this place and call it home, knowing home must certainly be elsewhere. Its hearing the laughter and joy in others, but not fully understanding their language. Its a face pressed against a window looking in, desperately wishing you too belonged. In this isolation fear and overwhelm flourishes. The ignorant will dismiss you. Most will not. For whether we are brave enough to speak up or prefer to keep it private, more than you know have been in your place. You are not alone.
