Reading comments in the paper this morning on what to when the .05 sales tax ends this year. This one caught my eve. I would be in favor of a temporary extension of the 0.5 percent sales tax, under one condition: All revenue generated by the tax would be used to improve the quality of life in Brown County. Examples would be: The Brown County Library, the Neville Public Museum, the National Railroad Museum, Brown County Parks, the NEW Zoo, Heritage Hill State Historical Park, or Veteran Services, just to name a few. Some of these funds could be used to solve the Brown County Veterans Memorial Arena dilemma Im not aware of ANY dilemma with the BCA . . . . All I know is without it, all all the flexibility in scheduling we didnt have before the Resch was built is gone. If the commenter thinks the building is sitting empty, he out to check the schedule!
