Reading my buds posts, made me think; change is inevitable, but it is us who must change not your friends, we grow up in a comfort zone or create a zone that we deem normal for that time but as we grow there are needs and those needs mean work to support habits, even if they are bad habits. I enjoyed my transition with our father, he taught me all I knew about logging but with that time came my bad habits, wasnt till midlife I realized I had to change again.i changed for my children.i didnt lose any friends, I just changed for the environment I wanted to be in and I know every single person has their own perception of normality, their comfort zone.Some friends respect what I created and some choose to stay away, I respect privacy and mind my own business.lll intervene in my family business only when asked to and I am very strong willed when it comes to my children even though they have their own lives to lead, their own trails to blaze, their own mistakes to make, all the reasons how I am here today but we learn something new everyday, if I didnt have this mentality, Life would be so boring,a word which I like to keep out of my vocabulary. We all follow other path for awhile but sooner than later,because Life is so short and so are the roads, we come to a branch at the end of the road then we must choose which way to go, we always want to make the best choice and hate to make mistakes but we are human and hopefully we learn from bad choices, so stay healthy my friends and make good choices.
