Reading this morning from Psalm 19-22 Psalms 19:9-11 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether. (10) More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. (11) Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward. It is easy for us to forget how valuable and sweet are the commands of our Lord as found in the word of God. Nothing on this earth can provide more comfort in times of sorrow, more wisdom in times of distress, or more guidance in times of confusion than just spending some quiet moments with the Master, reading from His love letter to us. If you are struggling today, set aside some time to renew your strength reading His great promises.
