Reading up on paint strippers and the one used in the pond. Apparently you are supposed to apply weak acid afterwards to neutralise the strong alkalinity of the stripper. Nice of the paint stripper tin to tell me this. Then as i was considering buying an epoxy resin to paint the pond, i read on the net you are supposed to acid etch the concrete first. Yuck. No wonder the liquid rubber.didnt stick. Non porous smooth concrete. Might get some muriatic acid tomoro apply to a small part of pond and paint with liquid rubber see if it grips... i still believe liquid rubber way to go..
