Ready Time : 0 min Servings 8 servings Ingredients 1.5 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Cut into bite-size pieces. 1.5 whole Onions Slivered 1 package Fresh Mushrooms Sliced 2 tablespoons garlic Crushed 3 tablespoons Soy Flour 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Extra Virgin 3 ounce cream cheese Low Fat 1 teaspoon Chicken Base Low Salt 1 cup milk 2 Percent 1 package Shiritaki Fettucini Noodles 1 dash Black Pepper To Your Taste Directions Pre heat a large sauté pan (don’t pre-heat if it is non-stick since it lets off fumes that are bad for you) add the olive oil, mushrooms and onions. While they are cooking cut up chicken and add it and the soy flour to a zip top bag ~ toss to coat chicken then add chicken pieces to cooked mushrooms and onions. When the chicken is half way cooked add the garlic and fresh ground black pepper. When chicken is all the way cooked add the cream cheese, milk and chicken base stir well so that the cream cheese has a chance to melt and mixture will thicken. Rinse and drain the noodles well before adding to mixture continue to stir till the noodles are warm. Serve and enjoy! shrinkingstella
