Ready for some advanced core moves?? 1. Get into a plank position- hop your legs in three times into a pike position, then hop back out three times to plank. Do this for 30 seconds. 2. Back in the plank position, bring your right knee to your right elbow as you lower into a pushup. Switch sides. Do this for 30 seconds. 3. Beast pose! Get in hands and knees pose then raise your knees a few inches off the ground. Touch your left thigh with your right hand then switch. Do this for 30 seconds. Repeat this circuit 3 times for some serious ab work!
