Ready for the Friday morning Canonsburg 30th Annual Whiskey Rebellion 5K Race! Running in memory of my cousin, Dominic Del Corso, who ran the first race in 1984. 8 gals in my age bracket for the Friday 5K. In my age bracket are: 1-60; 4-61; 1-64; 1-68; 1-69. They give medals for 3 places. Ive got this!!! And I just came across the following today...very inspiring!! Its very hard in the beginning to understand that the whole idea is not to beat the other runners. Eventually you learn that the competition is against the little voice inside you that wants you to quit.
