Ready for tomorrow... 11 teams of 2 will be competing in the Red Bull Kite the Waj. An amateur kiteboarding competition that enables riders from all levels to enter a format which is all about freedom, height, length, speed, style, variation, fun and originality of the action. In round 1 the teams will be judged on AIR, meaning performing their biggest jumps, the highest scoring teams will progress to the next round where they get judged on board GRABS. As the contest progresses well see the advancing teams going for jumps with SPINS in the third round. The teams making it to the FREERIDE final will be able to impress the judges with their favorite tricks! The wind looks best in the morning so well have an 8 oclock skippersmeeting and 8.30AM first possible start in order to have a wicked day... followed by a legit after party at the Dragon Hotel. Ill be coaching, hosting, judging and DJing at this event... Hope to see you on the beach at Amwaj Islands or check back online for results, photos and videos.
