I have given so much of myself that I find Im spread too thin. Perhaps youve witnessed some of the cracks here and there that are inevitable if I dont take time to take care of me. Im not great at asking for help, but I need to commit time and energy to my own self-care and I may need your help in doing so. We all deserve our own time, attention, respect and care.
