Reagan, a much wiser president than Obama, witnessed Communism destroying peoples individual freedoms in every nation it touched, decimating entire nations wherever it put its stranglehold grip on free peoples. Reagan, our wise President whose motto, Peace through Strength was behind his goal to build up a strong America again, after four years under an inept President Carter who weakened & depleted our nation much as Obama has done for five years now, came on the world scene at the right time. Our enemies, as well as our freinds understood that Reagan meant business. Under Reagans relentless build up of our country - militarily, economically, technologically and morally - giving our people real hope & change - our strength as a nation helped cause Communism to collapse in the Soviet Union, as well as in Poland & other Eastern European nations who had been under Communisms fierce grip for decades, as well as lose its foothold it had been gained under Carter in Central America, and elsewhere in the world. Other nations were able to maintain their freedoms for their people. America was once again respected on the world scene. He may not have been a perfect President, folks, but Reagan got that one right, for sure. Our current young and inexperienced president and his leftist advisors dont believe in a strong America, many whove disdained our country & our values for individual freedoms for much of their lives. Leaders of other nations embolden themselves now to do pretty much what they want, with little real opposition from a weakened America.
