Real Commando Training. Veteran owned. Veteran operated. AVOB certified. I founded Real Commando Training after 25 years of active military service. As the founder and Director of my own company, I was able to realize a dream by opening my first RCT Centre of Excellence in Miranda, Sydney. The first RCT was officially opened by the NSW Sports Minister in April 2013 with another being opened on the Central Coast in April 2014. By opening this first of a kind functional fitness centre, I am also extremely proud to say that RCT has been responsible for bringing a brand new functional training concept to the fitness Industry in Australia, by introducing a global fitness brand called Queenax. As the Managing Director and head of education for Queenax Australasia, I have delivered two RCT Centres of Excellence in less than a year, changing the lives of many satisfied clients in the process. RCT has helped Queenax Australasia to launch an industry changing functional fitness concept at the Fitness and Leisure show in Melbourne, in April 2014 and plans to open more centres of excellence in the near future. Queenax is currently being installed all over Australia and RCT has been pivotal in delivering this concept. Our latest installation at Aquafit Fitness and Leisure in Campbeltown was eagerly anticipated in this award winning facility and Virgin Active are about to open their brand new facility in the heart of Sydney, with Queenax playing a major part of their industry leading fitness brand. Throughout my 25 years service in the British and Australian military, I have learned invaluable life skills such as ‘improvisation and adaptation to overcome’ responses to stress and these are just some of the key elements to my RCT ethos, that include the trademarks of ‘Mind Muscle and Nerve™’ and ‘It’s a State of Mind™’. RCT represents more than just training hard. It’s about developing willpower, determination and courage, awakening the Commando spirit within all of us, so that you can be the best you can be.
