Real Estate Comings and Goings.... A new listing in Loomis, a new listing in Granite Bay, a new multi-family apt. building listing in Sac. near Jesuit, another contract for buyers in Granite Bay, 1 new buyer, and a couple of buyers who are frustrated because they cant find what they want... one at 850K and one at 1.5ML. As if that were not enough, an offer for dear friends who have mightily hung in there.... ( praying over that deal). Hands down, the best part of this week? A new team member... a recent graduate of the University of Oregon, who is getting ready to ROCK! Not too shabby, considering it is only TUESDAY.
