These objectives will outline the amount of space to be leased, the time frame required to lease and the target rental rate to be achieved. 2.Maintain appropriate marketing plan which will issue potential tenant awareness and interest. 3.To create a database of inquiries and potential tenants. 4.Conduct negotiations with more than one tenant for each asset and then make a recommendation on the preferred tenant to the Leasing Committee within his assigned property. 5.Prepare regular leasing activity reports and the status of each negotiations held with potential tenants. 6.Developing and implementing retail leasing / marketing plans to capture the largest market share and gain sustainable advantage in order to ensure commercial viability of the retail leasing business and effectively contribute in meeting the company’s overall objectives. 7.Open new markets to market the company and enhance it’s profit. 8.Following the assets leased and supervising it regarding any problem (customers complain- suggestions for enhancing the place – attracting customers to the place) 9.Monitor all processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity 10.Develops opportunities to add additional value to the company including Internet Marketing, Direct Marketing, International Marketing , etc 11.Drafting and following up quality manual, general rules for the commercial operator like(working time, decoration, etc) -Experience from 10 -12 years -Must have precious experience in the red sea -Location:Marsa Alam Please send your c.v to ‘career@portghalib’and write in the the subject’RMML’ otherwise it will be ignored
