Real life takes over for the next few weeks. Gifting will be erratic, but I will gift. I have to go to court twice this coming week. No, I am not a convict or a felon, but since my old man died in 2008 I tried to avoid probate of his estate ( which is just a house as he gave all of his money to televangilists and shysters ) , but until late last year I couldnt find a reliable lodger, besides Melissa , and I do not exactly make a lot of money, so I fell behind in the mortgage. So, the bank came calling and gave me 30 days before they sold the house promised to me out from under my feet. Buy life insurance for your parents, as , in my case they dont do it for themselves and it tends to leave you scrambling. I was adopted for one reason- so they would have a servant until they died. I did that for 40 years, and now I have to hitch a lift to court for probate for the only thing they offered me- a house to live in . Oh, I am keeping the estate but selling the house- simi valley is a bad place to live in. Sigh. May you all have a better day than I .
