Real strength is admitting that you are weak... The willingness to get hurt over and over again is strength... When you feel that you are about to fall to the ground hard, never try to fight the momentum of your body. Doing so, might only increase the chances of sustaining twisted legs or broken bones. Just let the law of gravity run its course for you will only sustain bruises that would heal in no time which is lot better compared to broken bones.. After all, rising from a fall gives you a feeling of renewed strength and determination... it will always make you feel a whole lot better. Just like the Mystical Phoenix rising from the ashes in the desert!
