Real talk. I have become a big fan of slow cookers. If you have one, this is your next recipe. Add the following to your slow cooker: Chopped fine: 2 tomatillos 1 poblano 6 cloves garlic 1 small yellow onion handful of cilantro around 8 oz. chicken broth around 12 oz. of the most flavorful beer you can find one 14 oz. bottle Herdez green salsa one 4 oz. can hot hatch chiles around 2.5 lb. pork tenderloin (cut into manageable sections and seared in cast iron seasoned with garlic powder, kosher and cracked) High for 3 hours. Shred the hog with a pair of forks and then put back in the sauce for an hour on low. Serve on some lightly fried corn tortillas. See God. Repeat.
