Real wo/men do/dont do [insert thing here]. Incredibly harmful language is harmful. Even when the intent is spot on insofar calling out problematic behavior, the idea that ones gender identity should correlate with their idiosyncrasies/nuances as a person/pitfalls is a cause of dysphoria in an unbelievable number of people. Sometimes it would behoove all of us to dissect what we say/think a little more intently to expose some genuine societal problems. Hint, the only thing that makes a person a real wo/man is how they personally identify, and anything beyond that is irrelevant to them being as such. That doesnt mean they arent a shitty person, it doesnt mean you should even like them at all, but your first mode of retaliation/attack shouldnt be on a thing that is largely irrelevant to that behavior (and this isnt to say privilege isnt a thing, it very much is, its just not productive or very becoming to attack ones gender identity when calling them out). /rant
