Reality.This morning an expat Exxon Mobil Supervisor came into our yard as usual for container allocation and dispatchment.He was accompanied by our operation manager.I was aware for an incident investigation and just drive in at the gate and saw that the expats helmet was flying out by the national and the expat was running away. I wonder,what is happening and get to closer.The very moment I opened the door one of the personnel came infront of me and said,bossman,you know what was happening this very moment is that the expat was using park words to us Nationals.That is why the Operation Manager was really angry and fustratiom built up and he gave a might blo at the expats ear drum. Had seing the expat was running for his life and jumped in his car and drop fast to the drilling sites. A reminder to all expats working in PNG you got to be very becareful in your wordings you are speaking to your co national workers.Let us all develop friendly and condusive working environment and move the PNG LNG Projects.Respect and understand each other.
