Reality check: Whether you are trying to lose fat or gain muscle you cant just hire a trainer and/or buy a meal plan and expect results. It takes actual dedication, work and it is not easy, but it is damn worth it. It takes effort and discipline for months and years, not days and weeks. Be realistic with your expectations. Just like everything else in life you will get out of it what you put in to it.
