Really dont understand the animosity toward Capitalism and free-enterprise that is harbored by a select demographic of the population in this country. No one has ever wagered a monetary loss by underestimating the intelligence of the American public. The essence of Capitalism is rooted in this concept. Capitalism is just the exploitation of a need or want and the fulfillment of these, benefitting BOTH the consumer AND facilitator. Greed sometimes follows as a natural ensuant, born as a result of an inherent void, one most often manifested and propogated by a prevalent, collective ignorance. So one does have a choice. One can continue to demonize and ridicule Capitalism, OR one can decide to take some personal responsibility through the practical application of common sense and self-education so he or she dont get got! Of course, that would require a self-sufficiency of which seems to be somewhat lacking in todays culture which fosters an attitude of entitlement and a notion of a right-by-default to free hand-outs and amenities. Sooo.......... breath not being held.
