Really good performance today especially considering the opposition. It is great to see the team progressing now to the next level and I think the recent additions have brought something new which has boosted the team as a whole. The team played today with plenty of confidence, creating lots of chances and once again considering the opposition, let 2 goals in which were split between sloppy defending/lack of concentration for the first and a poor refereeing decision for the second which on the whole is not too bad all things considered. Regarding individual performances, Sean Wallis controlled the game from midfield as he always does and his insight in which he found an open Bobby Hookey (whos cross led to Alexs goal) was sublime but could easily have been overlooked - well done Sean. Bobby too I thought had a really good game especially when going forward causing their defence plenty of problems. From a spectator point of view there is definitely a greater confidence running throughout the team but for the second week running we somehow lack concentration at the start of the second half gifting the opposition goals that they really didnt deserve. But to sum up, I think that the team is in a really good position going forward and given continuous improvement there should be no reason why we should not be challenging for top honours in the coming season.
