Really great documentary about buskers in Nyc including my friend Morgan Okane and the beatboxer Reo who Ive seen around Union Square many times. All incredible talents ...yet the film brings up disturbing rules and regulations that squash creativity, mainly about permits, which are not necessary to perform as it is protected free speech, and rules remain on the books that Bloomberg admin made far more restrictive than they were in the past. Making the acceptance of money against the rules, Reo points this out that officers treat everyone different and these rules are then arbitrarily applied as selective enforcement. You call this a free country...think again... the first amendment gets abused daily not only in NYC but most every city across the nation.
