Really loved this article. Think what helped us get to a million dollar party program is that my employees were part of the team. They knew the numbers and goal of what we were trying to achieve and we had monthly meetings to get their input about whats working/not working and how to make it better. Bad managers tell employees what to do, good managers explain why they need to do it, but great managers involve people in decision making and improvement.
