Really pissed off right now. the SEIS (special education person ) from springfield emailed everyone this am accept us because they didnt have our email when it was CLEARLY PRINTED on the last sign in sheet. Saying springfield has a delay and they thought we should cancel evans iep meeting. Springfield does NOT have a delay. and upton has no alterations to schedules either. THen the director of student services agrees they should cancel it and leaves us messages. no one asked us how we felt about it. So we called evans lawyer and got her on the case letter her know we were against canceling the meeting both districts have NO alterations to schedules and the meeting isnt until after a delay ANYWAY. there for there is no reason to cancel. the only people coming from this way are. his DMH person. the guidance counselor and student services, us and Evans lawyer and shes still ready to move ahead with the meeting.and shes driving from the boston area.
