Really want to address something. It was brought to my attention that a parent tonight had said they have three hour practices and dont do anything the first hour n half. They get paid hourly anyways so it doesnt matter to them. I dont know who it was but let me address my team. First off I had thought I put you guys through pretty tough practices but if someone from the outside forms this opinion from never seeing us practice that means some in our family thinks are training is weak so I havent done my job and have let you down. I am sorry for that and I will pick it up ! Second I dont get paid hourly I make $3,100 for the season that includes summer basketball so 6 month worth of so called coaching , I live in Roseburg and my assistant lives in Melrose so driving out everyday cuts that in half , not to mention not getting home to our families til 9 to 10 at night. I personaly offered $1500 of mY salary back to the school this year so we can have new uniforms so NO Im not in it for money and yes I do care . I guess all I can saw is if parents are forming these opinions Im am not the coach I thought because if is a reflection on me. Believe me this will change
