Realtors advised: I sold a house this summer to a wonderful family. The deal closed in July. They moved in September. Today they are removing a 300 pounds beehive. According to the pest company the beehive its around couple of years old. Never disclose on SPQ or TDS. Nothing mention on termite report or home inspection report. Apparently the house have rats infestation and structure damage on the attic and none of these issues has been disclosed or addressed. Its costing my buyers 8500 to remove, repair, clean the mice carcasses and droppings, repair the structure damages and more. The question here is, who is responsible for the bill? Any feed back? I will appreciated it.
