In the last half-hour, Ive learned that Houston is definitely taking Johnny Manziel with the first pick. But if Houston doesnt, theres no way Manziel slides past Cleveland at #4. Only Cleveland has decided against Manziel at #4, unless owner Jimmy Haslam steps in, and he definitely wont, unless he does. And while the Rams have publicly committed to Sam Bradford, theres no way the Rams at #8 let Manziel slide past. Unless they do, in which case Minnesota will snap him up unless they dont go for Blake Bortles, but they definitely will. But maybe not.
