Reason 493 Why We Hate Time Warner Cable: We cancelled our service exactly a month ago and turned in our equipment. We asked for a bill, they didnt have it. Then we got one a week later for next months service. I called and told them we cancelled and had not received our final bill. They said they would send one. They sent us one a week ago for some partial stuff (they totally took back the free movie on demand that they promised and Frank thought he redeemed online, and they still didnt thank us for 31 YEARS of faithful service. When I called during the CBS/Showtime debacle, they couldnt have cared less. Separately from last weeks bill, they sent a Comeback Offer to switch back to their service that was pretty much junk mail quality. Todays mail? A notice from a collection agency for the final bill. LESS THAN A MONTH after we disconnected.
