Reason #508 that I wrap the strings of our blinds around the bottommost section of blinds: so that Rex doesnt end up inadvertently strangled by them when he is performing his circus cat tricks. Reason #509 that I had to come home early today: to save Rex from being caught in or strangled by said blind strings. No lie: I was just lying down cause I couldnt even sit at my desk w this injury today, and psychospazz decides to launch off of me, anchoring one of his claws into my leg. I scream, which scares him, and he then takes a flying leap - this time right into the blinds strings. He then instantly gets stuck in them and is suspended like a circus performer in a hammock. Needs my help to get untangled. And /this/ must be why I came home early. To save the cat from himself. Unbelievable.
