Reasons I like Microsofts new Band (and might actually buy one). 1. It’s not trying to replace my watch (I will never buy a watch that comes from an IT company and that was made in china) 2. It’s not trying to look trendy or hipster (yuck!). It looks sporty, like something I would wear to the gym. 3. It’s cross-platform! (I will switch to Windows Phone if they can come up with a phone that looks better than the iPhone, but for the time being I’m loyal to Apple) 4. It checks your heart rate, has a GPS and apparently checks your sleep patterns if you wear it at night.
