Recap: Mobile Home Park sends letter to myself and court, dated June 5th 2014. I receive a copy of Motion for Summary Final Judgement for Eviction and Damages on June 10th. June 12th I call the Clerk of Court to see what I need to do to furnish proof to the judge that all rent had been paid that the plaintiff claimed I owe.I was told to go to the courthouse, file a motion for a hearing so I could present my proof. I asked if the plaintiffs request had been sent to the Judges office yet and was told it had not. June 13th, went to courthouse. Furnished photo copies of all money orders and details of what I was requesting. At that time, I asked AGAIN if the Judge had been sent the original plaintiffs paperwork yet and was told no. I commented that was good because I wanted him to receive my proof of payment before he made a decision. June 14th, I check my mail and I receive a letter from the Judges office for a FINAL judgement/10 day notice of eviction dated June 11th...giving me 10 days from the date of the letter to vacate. Sooooooooooooo how is it possible that I was told by 2 clerks that the original request hadnt even been sent to the judge yet, but I get a final judgement letter the day after I filed my motion for a hearing?? So I call the Judges secretary and explained it all to her. All I got out of her was that the motion I filed is not going to do anything because the final judgement had already been ordered. So now I have to go and file all this shit over again only this time filing a motion to suspend the final judgement. She was very rude to me and when I tried to get her to understand that I was told twice the judge hadnt seen the original request yet and that my motion should have gone along with it, she didnt seem interested. She kept interrupting me, then told me she was telling me what I needed to do, it was all she good do and had to get off the phone to take other calls. Then said, Goodbye Mam and disconnected. I just cant believe I have to go through all of this crap yet again.
