Introduction-1 Talent word is well known to all of us. Each one of us is the owner of some unique talent. Parents, School and universities are also putting lots of emphasis on talent. Talent Centre is in very much demand. Media is also promoting talent on very high notes. In modern era talent is positioning equal in status and wealth. Talent is essential of our self respect and learning ability. Talent provides us an opportunity to present ourself against large audience. List of talent is endless. Few of those are sports, music, painting, writing, poetry, cooking, adventure, mimicry, role playing, acting, knowledge of particular subjects and ++++++ -------- many more. Some talents are explored and some talents are yet to explore. Beauty of talents is that, it is free from rationalism, caste, status, county and any bias. At any one anywhere can be talented. Time and money allocate to your talent is an investment not an expense. Right direction of talent can fetch you money, name, fame and self contentment. Preserving and identification of talent is the biggest challenge. Many talents are wasted in the absence of the above terms. What is talent? “Talent is naturally gifted and sometime developed such skill which provides a privilege to do particular task better than many others.” “Talent is an asset to its holder, by which person can fascinates others, obtaining self contentment and other materialistic privileges of the world.” “Winning takes talent, to repeat takes character.” John Wooden “God gives the talent. There are many contenders for the same talents. However, it is hard to have such talents. Regular innovations and creativity always provide something unique under following headings. Such talents are as follows. Singing Sports Musical instruments playing Public speaking Dancing Mimicry Acting Poems and story writing Communication skills Managements Leadership Innovations and creativity This list is endless because all of us are versed with some unique talents. Note: We are not under rated above talents but you all will surprise when you see those talents. However, with time progress unexplored talent will become explored talents. Welcome to RSMI, “TALENT- from nowhere to somewhere”. 2. Explored and unexplored talents. Unexplored talents- These are such talents which havent got recognition in Broadway. Very few contenders who possess such talents. Such talents and their introductions are as follows. 1. Reiki and so- zog- You can say that these are studies which belongs to cosmic energy. For relief in pains such talents are useful. 2. Adventure Sports- Bravery itself is a talent. Bungee jumping, sky diving, scuba diving, surviving alone in unknown places. Yet, very few people have dared to do such things. 3. Driving- We always take driving as passion. But safe, fast and accurate vehicle driving is also a talent. Our driving should not harm others and ourself, is it is talent. 4. Analysis of body language/ handwriting/face reading. In modern context, such skill is also a great talent. The ample of scopes are available in the files. 5. Social service and patriotism. In this selfish world, thinking about others and our Nation is talent. Be happy. To be cont.…. Solving Rubic Cubes , Sudo ku, and other brain using games. 7. Swimming, horse riding- Swimming is talent because it is not only useful for yourself but for others is good. Well, there are very few and capable riders of the horse. 8. Data hacking- Computer hacking and data hacking is negative talent. Yet, it is an art. However, we do not support such activity. 9. Painting, Designing and Creation- There are wide scope available for such talents. Mastering of such talent is very beautiful talent. 10. Self talking and self believe- These are very common word but yet to explore. We are our best friend. No philosophy is greater than believing ourselves. Process of talent. This process is useful for enhancing talent. This process chart will help each individual their coaches and teachers. The role of coaches and teachers are very crucial for identifying right talent and preserving it for the long term. It is very important for every individual that on which stage their talent is and how they can move forward. We are attaching talent process chart. We will describe each segment in the next session. Now, today we will briefly go through each stage: 1. Define talent – As we have seen various types of talent under the title of explored and explored talents. So the first stage defines the segment of such talents. 2. Identification of talent. After defining segments, assessing pure individual talent is a next step. Ex. After defining talent of cricket. The next step is whether the players are a batsman, bowler or all rounder. 3. Attract and retain- At this stage, depth of talent and commitment is considered at high level. If a person has talent and he is willing to do the hard work for his/her talent. By having these abilities, it is the role and duty of management to retain and attract such talents. Mange- Managing talent is biggest challenges of the current era. We have seen great talent destroying, because of not caring and preserving. Here the role of coaches and teachers are very crucial. This is a very important stage for producing great talent. Ex. In India, we have many great talents who can represent India with their talent at Olympic but because of poor management we hardly qualify for that. 5. Development- At this stage final training and preparations are made. At this point of the time both talent holder and coaches have understood each others and their requirement. Using technology and S.W.O.T analysis is vital at this stage. Development is the prime motto at this stage. 6. Evaluation- It is the last stage before going for the big stage. It is the last stage before promoting talent to the world. At this stage, it is assessed that what the person has learnt with talent process. Coaches teach the person that how present talent with confidence. Without clearing this stage it is hard to go further. Although, this process is tedious to read, but as a true coach we have to put each side of the article.
