Received a great review today. We take this business very seriously. Our clients appreciate our approach and that is what matters most to us. My experience with Full Loop and interaction with its owner, Justin was nothing less than phenomenal. My experience: My wife and I were in contract on a house prior to this one for which the contract fell through. After having a mediocre experience with the inspector we used for that house, I decided to try and find someone a little more professional for this house. A quick Google search revealed Full Loop whose website was very solid and professional. For a local business, usually an indication of a serious, dedicated and well organized owner. I also liked the fact that Full Loop uses modern technology to assess the property, such as thermal imaging (provided at no additional cost) and an aerial drone to photograph the roof (also no additional cost). Confirming the inspection was quick and painless, done through a simple online form and digital signature. Once confirmed, they took care of contacting the listing agent and scheduling the inspection. I received email updates throughout the entire process and a reminder the day before the inspection. Two inspectors assessed the property and once the inspection was complete, I was notified immediately with a quick verbal overview. The owner was very flexible with payment options, and I chose to pay via a PayPal invoice. A couple of hours after the inspection, I received the full report which was extremely detailed and contained abundant photography including the thermal and aerial images. All concerns were noted and highlighted in their respective picture. Justin conducted himself with professionalism and courtesy at all times. He seems well-educated, competent, trustworthy and uses technology to make the experience easy for himself and for the customer. If you are buying a home, have it inspected by Full Loop. You will not regret it. From personal experience, other inspectors do not compare.
