Received my new lesson of Piyo! Starting Tuesday, I will have Tuesday 5:30PM Piyo and Sunday 2:00 Piyo at LWC in Burlington for 3 weeks. Hoping eventually I can format a new cardio workout as well. Piyo is fantastic if you arent doing enough strength training (2-3 times per week folks!) Also fantastic if you want to work on your core or flexibility. I have been a Turbo girl for 8 years... I consider myself a convert :)
