Received my water/sewer bill today. $928.00. Yikes!! I went by the Santa Paula offices and told the clerk at the window there is a mistake. She took my info and entered a customer service report. Within an hour I received a call from a water department employee. He told me there was indeed an error. A subsequent caller Liz who said the issue will be resolved. Kudos to the city of Santa Paula staff for their excellent customer service.
