Receiving an email reminding me that I hit another anniversary at Siscoe Gym, was pretty awesome. :-) 6 years ago... The week between Christmas and New Years. I made a decision to change my lifestyle and vowed never to go back to what I was. Lets just say, its my FIT-iversary. :-) Many milestones happened this year. Many personal bests as well as many fears. Ive learned to use my brain instead of emotion. The drive, determination, and persistence to do better, go faster, work harder, never give up, and to never stop until you get what you want, helped build me and brought me to where I am today. Given the confidence from the trainer that YOU CAN, all impacting your thought process. I would say, it was a direct play and influence of my lifestyle change. I walk into the gym, I feel good about myself, I pay it forward. I try to share that energy with my teammates during a workout, and follow through at home. It ALL links together. Believe it or not. I love my Siscoe family, and the friendships that grew. I can honestly say, I love my lifestyle change and the fact that Im introducing my little one to this lifestyle, early on in the game. I love the person Im becoming, and most importantly, I love the fact that I decided to take control, work hard, and meet my goals. I accomplished one of biggest goals this year... Placing trust in someone with something you love SO much. Thats not given so freely, when it comes to me. But, with that trust, I grew one of natures gifts within me, surrounded by what I love doing, till the very last day. Working through the hardship of anxiety and the excitement of feeling constant movement from within, My little one moving, letting me know, were cool mom. Continue doing what youre doing. I like working out with you :-) I have allowed myself to be sculpted, and am fully comfortable being molded in each and every way possible :-) So, Im starting a new page, to a very interesting book ;-) Rest assured, more molding and sculpting will be needed. All tools required, to look better naked :-) Happy FIT-iversary to me :-)
