Recent hot news from a reliable source and a member of jury opinion: Miscarriage of justice is so obvious in this trial as: 1. Exhibits and crown prosecutor evidences continuity problem. 2. Forge the search book by NCA officer . 3. Suspicion of interfered and modified digital and electronic devices by NCA officers and experts. 4. Witness threaten through NCA officer to obtain dictated witness statement from them which the fact have been disclosed in court. 5. National Crime Agencys officers witnesses statements contradicts and fact disclosure during cross examinations which proved that NCA officers lied. 6. Crown prosecutor and NCA prosecution and investigation team have constructed the scenarios against the defendants. 7. Initially none of us (Juror) ) have been told that there was a previous trial about this matter and we have not been given reasonable explanation about why they have to face a new trial, we believe either crown prosecutor or judge did not know the actual fact and during the first trial they found out that if they continue that trial, the defendants may not found guilty by the present jury on that time and it is better to discharge that member of jury, or they have made mistake in time schedule regarding estimate the length of the first trial time , which again would be the crown prosecutor and judge fault because they were not on the file and contents of materials and evidences, also there is a possibility on that time crown prosecutor and NCA had not had enough evidence to convict them, by the way since 06/01/2014 until now we did not find the bigger picture of this trial and allegation against defendants as yet, and substantial documents have been served to us and demonstrated which we cant link to any conspiracy as yet, but I have to say it might be still too soon to pre judge so we will wait to find out what will happen. 8. What is strange to us is why NCA office should lie, , and why the crown prosecutors witness except the NCA officer should giving evidences in favour of the defendants instead of against them. 9. If the co-defendants were that much big gang and were involved in organised crime and NCA had sufficient information and intelligence about them why they did not have any surveillance about them and if they have, why they do not disclose them to us to find out what were going on. 10. We are expecting of crown to show us some direct solid evidence about the relevant allegations against the defendants. 11. To be honest I was expecting a lot more sophistication and organised action from the United Kingdoms justice system.
