Recent study that reiterated previous studies that said that runners on average live 3 years longer than non runners. However the most recent study suggested that even running as little as 5 minutes per day may also increase life expectancy. Whether all true or not does give evidence that daily aerobic exercise is good for you. Maybe even just 5 minutes. So- I have started running again. My goal will be 1 mile per day. That is it. I am continuing to lift weights 3-4 times per week. So who is ready to join me?? Who has 5 minutes per day? Non runners ready to become runners?? Lets do it. Can post minutes each week. Last 7 days for me: 30 minutes. #drraley
