Recently I have been finding myself totally STUCK on a tiny detail in this whole universe of Love and stardust, and hone in on that one, tiiiiny little detail enough to throw me into tragic and unending loops of emotional intoxications and upsets as if all in existence were crashing and burning. I just experienced another one of those moments some minutes ago, and instead of hurling into a crying, expressive, confused ball of smallness, I sat VERY still, unmoving for some time, and just FELT. Just felt it thrash and crash, wave around, tug and pull, smash and bang. As I sat, I was waiting in patience for the strength to leave that storm within myself and continue on existing. It worked! I am bruised just so methinks, but that eternal Heart spot is a tender place! A bruise aint a break! I encourage you to practice this sensational reasoning within yourselves. Inquire within. If it is foggy, just sit and wait until the fog clears. The path WILL become much clearer and the struggle that seemed an ending force will all but vanish. This is inevitable. Listen closely and just observe.
