Recently I make a police report of me ex staff stolen my company products whom is being sacked . Whereas when I search the MOM website that the employer have the rights to dismiss or deduct if the employee inccur loses and misconduct . But out of my surprised that the MOM side the employee so obviously that whatever I say he claim that the employee is right . Make me feel like they like know each other . Whereas the police tell me in the first place I can get the civil sue to sue the thief n now she claim once the police took over there is nothing I can do but to take back the used and stolen goods and let the police do the decision . Anyone know how to make sure the thief to be thrown behind bars and is it time to let the worker party took over ? Cos where is the justice ? We all know well that no matter what . Things taken without consent is already consider stolen . Therefore why singapore police tells me that is unfair to the thief ? Can we show passion to the thief ?
