Recently I posted suggesting that people remember to vote in the 2014 elections (yes, I neglected to include the year). I also ask that you examine the actual voting record of the person seeking to represent your district. The person representing my district (not representing me), Chris Gibson, has had his minions post that he was opposed to the government shutdown. I have asked for bill numbers or votes on motions that I could look up to verify that claim. The response from the minions is included between the quote marks below: As far as I can tell, this person who opposed the government shutdown has a voting record exactly equal to that of John Boehner. Should Congressman Chris Gibson, his staff, or his minions choose to provide me with verifiable evidence to the contrary, I promise to post links to votes on the shutdown in which he voted contrary to the instructions of his handlers. But Im not going to hold my breath. I plan to vote in 2014.
